Join RCG for our next weekend workshop in the Gardens: “How to Create a Monarch Waystation butterfly garden.”

Saturday, Jun 11
10:00 – 11:00 AM
Free admission!

We will explain why the Monarch species is threatened and talk about what each of us can do to preserve Monarchs. We will explain the Monarch migrations and will suggest specific types of plants that should be included in a monarch butterfly garden. Monarchs need the right host plants (milkweed) to lay their eggs and the right nectar plants for migrations and rest stops. We will show the Monarch Waystation that has been planted at the Ranson Garden and answer questions about how to create a Monarch Waystation in your yard.

No Registration and No Fee! Just come and learn how to help save the planet!
